Ari Kurniawan

One of the core members of Butawarna Design Co-op, a design cooperative unit that aims to develop design practices and dialogues, based in Surabaya, Ari has special interests in design, new media, civil society, urban studies,information & political literacy, education & knowledge production. Since 2013, he has been helping Hendra Gunawan and Gregorius Hadiyanto Nitihardjo in developing Anakbertanya, an initiative that celebrates curiosity among children.
